Six friends who were more like brothers decided to form a club that fit them. One man, Cajun, wore a jacket with the name Loner. With the addition of the letter S to it, The Loners Motorcycle Club was founded in February 1973 in La Mirada California. The Loners M/C has continued to grow over the years creating chapters in several states
